Alex Sarmiento – Bass Guitar
Alex was born and raised in Oakland. He began playing bass as a teenager because there were already several guitar players and drummers in his neighborhood. His dream of playing in a “horn band”came true as a member of the legendary Bay Area band Lydia Pense and Cold Blood for nine years.He performed with the first Filipino Latin Rock band Dakila and currently also plays with Jack Wright’s Tribute to Neil Diamond Superstar. Alex is married and has one daughter.
