Johnny is a seasoned drummer having performed with such bands as JoyRide, Masi & Soul, and Rhythm Coalition. He’s toured the western US and shared venues with Tower of Power, Blood Sweat & Tears, Little Charlie and the Night Cats, and Johnny Winter. Johnny’s also backed such classic rock acts as The Shirelles, The Coasters, and The Drifters. Johnny, his wife, and son make Carmichael their home..
